I was frantic after reading the IRS mail my son received. Because of neglecting to file some tax returns, the amount he should have owed went from hundreds to thousands.Over 60 thousand, to be exact. My husband and I weren’t bringing home a lot of money and when the IRS & FTB started garnishing our wages, taking even more money from us, we were in a lot of trouble. We were borrowing money from friends and because we didn’t really have any assets or any savings probably like most people, we were running out of friends and options.
We didn’t have anything more to give to anyone and were in extreme danger of losing our house and had a hard time just buying the little things in life like food and little necessities to live on.
We were in desperate need of help. We knew we didn?t have enough knowledge of how these entities work to do anything about it. We thought that there was no way out. We were both very frustrated with them and ourselves and it really gave us a bad outlook on life. We looked at it like there was no way out.
I had started looking on line and hearing commercials about other tax resolution services. I had filled out several surveys and made a lot of phone calls. Most of these places that I called either didn?t think that we were in debt deep enough to help us or they wanted at least half to 3/4 of their deposit down. And my feeling was if I had that kind of money, I wouldn’t be in the position that I?m in now.
Then I got a call from Dexter @ Premier Tax Resolutions. He asked me just a few simple questions and told me there was light at the end of the tunnel. He talked to me and answered a lot of questions as to how the whole thing worked. He never pressured me to make a decision right then and there like most of the other people had. It seemed that he understood where I was coming from and gave me time to think about it. I called him a few days later and I was hooked. I gave a very small down payment and agreed to monthly payments that were very doable considering the FTB and IRS were taking about 4 times that amount.
The whole process has been very smooth. I have talked to several people there and they are all just wonderful, right down to the tax lawyer themselves. They don?t talk down to me. They are there to help me as much as they can. The things that they have requested from me are very easy to do. I thought that I wasn?t going to be able to provide everything they needed to do this, but as it turned out it was very easy. They have made a scary ordeal into a pleasant experience. It was never as bad as I thought it would be. I guess I was just waiting for a bomb to drop any time now with all that has happened to me in the past. Every step that we went through, we went through together. They keep in touch with me on everything they are doing even if they are just sending in paperwork or just to let me know what will happen next.
They have just worked out a deal with the FTB that we thought would never happen because as they put it to me, the state had said ?We are not the IRS? We don?t make deals, we want our money? and now I owe less than half of my original debt thanks to their dedication and hard work. And now we will only be making payments of $50.00 a month to the people who said they don?t make deals. Go Premier Tax Resolutions!!! My goodness how exciting that was!!! I can’t even explain how that felt. Everyone at Premier Tax Resolutions worked very hard to do that for me and that feels wonderful to know that someone else is on my side.
Now they are going to put in my Offer In Compromise with the IRS and I am very hopeful and comfortable with the fact that they will do all they can to get that down to an agreeable amount also. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done. I can sleep better at night. I have already told other people about my experience with them and hope that they will make that same phone call I did.

Premier Tax Resolutions was able to take my tax debt of over $12,000.00 and reduce the amount that I owed the IRS down to just over $5000.00. I saved over $7,000.00 with them.
They were great to work with and did a terrific job. Best of all, most companies out there are charging a large up-front cost to do business with you. Premier Tax Resolutions made easy to pay installments for me. It was the only way I was able to hire anyone at all. If I had the large up-front fees others charge, I would have just paid the tax debt.
Premier Tax made it possible to keep our home and vehicles. In fact, we had moved while working with them. If we weren’t working with them, there would have been a judgement placed on our home, making it impossible to get into our new home.
